I brought in a watermelon for the toddlers to taste today. All of them enjoyed their piece except for Lola and Vinnie so they, waited very patiently for their pretzels afterwards.
My favorite activity in the summer to do with the toddlers is painting with water and what better way to do it with easy cleanup. I showed them how to paint the building brown and we watched it disappear. They had fun dipping their paint brushes into the muffin tins filled with water. When the water was gone we were done, this kept them occupied for 20 minutes!!!
