I'm a snacker, I spend most of the day grazing on little snacks here and
there, I also blame where I work they always seem to have tasty temptations on the counter in the kitchen! And while I'd love to eat the most healthy items (though I
stand by my reasoning with organic chocolate chip cookies) it would probably be
a lie. For a healthier snack or side dish I diced an avocado, some black beans and a red pepper, tossed it in some olive oil and threw in some garlic, I also chilled it for at least an hour and Voila!...
