Well it took one whole day, but I managed to finish the Baby Bears Christmas ornaments. They turned out really nice and I was happy to give them out to the parents!
So I adopted a family of three boys for Christmas this year, I was so excited to go shopping for them. I bought mainly educational toys, books and clothing along with a Christmas Eve box I created from Pinterest. Today I get to go deliver them. I'm nervous but excited. I hope that they have a very Merry Christmas!
All and All, I have about fifty presents!
So this week we did a ton of art and crafts, but I didn't take pictures because I ended up being sick for two whole days. I was fine on Thursday afternoon then all of the sudden I felt like I was going to pass out and actually ended up throwing up. I feel better, I just have a terrible headache and spills of dizziness. So the pictures will just have to wait till the next post!
We did however get to taste Candy Canes. Surprisingly the toddlers love peppermint. Who would have known! It was a very sticky mess but they seemed to enjoy it!
We still love to finger paint with sleepy time lotion and then paint our bellies with it!

Snow days!
Although, today it only took us 30 minutes with criers, undressing ones and naughty ones. We managed to get outside and play in the snow.
Once everyone was bundled up they were much happier playing in the snow.
By the end of the night, I can finally tolerate this loud spinning toy track. So I let the boys spin their animals on it. They loved it, and it was fun watching them play with it!
I brought in Gingerbread cookies today to let them taste it, it was fun watching who liked it and who didn't.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
My Tree and my favorite owl ornament!!!
Preview of our "Elf" Pictures!!!
Tonight we had our Christmas program, I'm happy to say that they all managed to walk in by themselves and no crying. We even had Lila our oldest show how "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" was done! :)
The boys looked really handsome in their sweaters and the girls looked so pretty in their dresses!

Our Christmas art we've done this week. Yes, I was silly and used Red Glitter today, I know out of all the days to do glitter! So if your child comes home tonight and you find little pieces of red glitter on them. I'm sorry in advance!

Messy Friday!
So today we did a lot of sensory. We were going to do pudding paint with vanilla pudding, but Miss Joyce the cook threw out my pudding so we used chocolate instead which was smelled really good! I'm sure the Baby Bears loved Miss Joyce for giving them that flavor!
For Art I painted their feet white and made snowmen.Quite a few ticklers in the bunch! While I was doing this, my distraction for them was an ice block I had set outside last night. Who knew the toddlers loved Ice so much!

Starting our winter crafts!!!
Today we made the cutest snowmen. I took the palms on their hands and painted them white and made prints. Then I decorated them up to be super cute!
We had so much extra white paint left over that we used a paint brush and painted on a sheet of paper, then we used salt and sprinkled it on top! For some reason they really liked playing with the salt. I might do a sensory bin with little construction cars to dig in.
We went outside this afternoon, it was really wet outside so we put on our snow pants, and hats. It's a good thing we did, because as soon as we got outside a few of them sat right down in the muddy water.
