Art and Sensory

We got out early this morning to get a head start on our 85 degree weather that we had. We took a basket of chalk out to the shed in the back to scribble on the sidewalk with, it was nice because it was a bit shady as well. They did really well making scribble marks all over and I had fun drawing pictures.

Lately the toddlers have been destroying the room with their toys, it's crazy how fast they can mess up the classroom. So what better way to make it even messier, I got out the tissue paper and we had fun sticking it to the windows that were covered with contact paper. It was a great sensory time and the windows looked so pretty!
