Cabbage Casserole

Made this last night and I must say it was pretty good, I had a lot left over just because I live alone so I will have this for my lunches. It does make 4 servings though.

Ingredients
⅔ whole Medium Onion, Diced
1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
⅔ pounds Ground Beef Or Turkey
1-⅓ cups Cooked Rice
⅔ whole Egg
⅔ teaspoons Salt
⅔ teaspoons Pepper
⅔ teaspoons Dried Oregano
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
⅔ cans Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 Oz
⅔ cans Tomato Sauce (8 Oz)
1 pint Chopped Cabbage

Preparation
Saute the onion in olive oil first and then brown lean beef with it.
Add the rice and egg and mix it all together well.
Add seasonings.
Mix diced tomatoes and sauce together.
Grease 3 quart casserole.

Directions:
Line bottom of casserole with 1/2 cabbage; add 1/2 meat mixture; salt and pepper; add 1/2 tomato mixture; top with rest of cabbage, rest of meat mixture & the rest of the tomato mixture.
Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
