Today we went on a stroll through the parking lot in the strollers and wagons. We didn't really see any squirrels like I had talked about but we got to touch acorns and leaves. Some of the toddlers really liked their leaves and held onto them the whole time we were outside.
It's Apple week so that means lots of apple artwork. I was going to make apple scented play dough today, but who knew you needed cream of tarter so next week we will get to explore with it. Tomorrow we will finger paint with applesauce.
This morning we worked on our fine motor skills. We did puzzles for most of the morning figuring out which piece goes to with hole. Some of the puzzles make sounds that they really like figuring out. And some of the toddlers just like carrying their favorite puzzle pieces away from the group to hide in their special spots.
